This global manufacturing and retailing company seeks a legal counsel to join their team, to work closely with the regional business and group president. You will have autonomy over all legal matters and support the company’s various businesses across Asia Pacific, focusing on corporate and commercial issues, providing legal advice on regional initiatives including M&A and manage external counsels and service providers.

Ideal candidates will have strong in-house experience working with a Hong Kong-listed company and MNC, and prior corporate experience gained in a leading corporate practice. Knowledge and experience handling a range of commercial agreements is highly beneficial. Strong communication skills, commercial acumen and fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary.
