One of the firms has a substantial and growing team, with the other being able to offer a smaller, perhaps more 'hands-on' environment. Both pay NY rates and generous packages, and offer the opportunity to work on high-level work in Hong Kong.
You will possess:
- 2-6 years of post-qualification experience
- ideally admission in the US, although UK lawyers will be considered
- experience in FCPA work and US investigations, in addition to more general regulatory/finance litigation
- experience from another well-regarded firm
- Mandarin language skills would be advantageous although not mandatory
