You will work with business partners and cover the full range of legal and compliance issues, and play an instrumental part in building out a legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and experience working in a listed company. Good knowledge in the listing rules, other relevant laws and regulations, and dealing with regulatory bodies is highly beneficial. Someone who is a confident communicator with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will have excellent prospects.
