This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a corporate and/or funds background to focus on offshore and local fund formation, liaising with UK and Asia based external counsels on prospectus changes, regulatory approvals, launching new funds, and more.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corporate/commercial, finance or regulatory sectors.  Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
