Our Client is a well regarded organisation enjoying a continued period of sustained growth. It is looking for a dynamic and motivated Litigator to join their expanding team.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to form part of our high performing in-house litigation team, which provides quality litigation advice and support to a diverse business area. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive team environment.

This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for advising on the strength of evidence, preparing cases for hearings, including trials. You will also have the opportunity to undertake non-contentious advisory work.

A successful candidate requires an excellent academic and career track record and be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with typically 6 to 10 years post qualified experience. You should have the ability to understand complex legal issues and give subsequent practical and well researched legal advice. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
