A leading name in the banking industry, our client is now recruiting a Legal Counsel for its Institutional Clients businesses. Part of a large team which provides support on all relevant legal and regulatory matters, applicants will need banking, securities, corporate finance or capital markets experience and be admitted to the Singapore Bar. The ability to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment is crucial.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognised degree in Law with at least 5PQE and be called to the Singapore Bar.
• Prior experience in banking, capital markets, corporate finance or securities and have worked with a leading firm or financial institution.
