The practice has focused on a range of cross-border leveraged finance transactions for niche arrangements. The partners deal list is growing, it is supported by sustainable long term clients and the result of this growth requires the Department to expand.

Requirements:

• NQ-2 PQE 
• Qualified solicitors from; UK or SG
• International firm experience and training. 
• Strong academics from leading universities
• English and Mandarin
• Finance background having gained exposure in 1 or more of these areas: Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance, Syndicated Loans, Bi-Lateral Loans.
