A rapidly expanding organization with interests in the e-commerce, e-payments and technology sectors, our client is now recruiting a lawyer for their Jakarta office. Working closely with its business and finance teams by providing legal support on regulatory, commercial and contentious matters, you will have worked in the corporate/ M&A practice of a leading international firm in Indonesia or have had experience working in-house in the technology industry. Applicants will need solid drafting skills in Bahasa Indonesian and English, and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced company that is experiencing exceptional growth.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognised degree in Law with 5PQE, gained with the corporate practice of a leading international firm or in-house with a technology multinational.
• Competency in both Bahasa Indonesian and English and be able to draft and review contracts in both languages.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be efficient and hardworking.
