Our client is looking to hire banking & finance lawyer. The team has 10 Associates and 3 Partners. There is a requirement to grow numbers and replace 2 Associates leaving for Long term secondments.

The current associates are covering all years experience, there is a requirement to make this team more robust as it has the opportunity to grow and succession plan.

Leading firms are busy this year in Singapore for Banking and Finance sectors. The dynamics of a larger number of developing nations in Asia require skills that match Project Finance, Asset Finance, General Banking (complex loan structures) and M&A skilled Lawyers at all levels.

Requirements:

• Career driven – with a view to remaining in South East Asia for 2 years + 
• UK Qualified lawyers.
• International firm experience and training. 
• 2:1 and above.
• English only. (no other language required).
• Banking and Finance Legal background.
