The firm is currently seeking a mid-level real estate lawyer to join its busy team, where you will be reporting to a partner with a reputation as a leading lawyer in the field. In this role you will be involved in advising on a broad range of complex issues and high value transactions including acquisitions and disposals, financings, developments, leases and private funding initiatives, advising developers, investors, financiers and tenants. Your clients will include property companies, international hotel groups, investment banks, retailers and hospitals, in Hong Kong, China and throughout Asia. You will have 3 to 5 years of PQE with strong real estate and corporate experience, preferably acquired with an international firm. You will also be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin.
