Our client, a leading US firm with an established footprint in Asia, is currently seeking a senior US Securities lawyer to join its US Capital Markets Team in Hong Kong as a Counsel or Senior Associate. You will have 6+years of PQE with a leading US law firm and solid US Capital Markets experience, including US SEC-registered IPO work and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings. You will be US qualified with a JD from a leading university. You will have excellent technical skills, strong client relationship skills and experience managing small teams of lawyers.  You will also be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.  The successful candidate will work closely with a well regarded partner for an impressive blue chip client base.  You will be given considerable support and you will be offered a clear track to partnership.  NY rates on offer.
