Ince & Co has hires corporate specialist Tom Briggs as a partner in its Dubai office from London-headquartered firm Charles Russell Speechlys (CRS).

Briggs advises on corporate, finance and commercial, M&A, primary and secondary fundraisings, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and project finance matters. At CRS, Briggs was the head of the firm’s commercial and corporate practice in Bahrain for the last three years.

“I am delighted to welcome Tom to our Dubai office. By continuing to grow our transactional capability in the GCC/Middle East and internationally we intend to further institutionalise our relationships with existing clients and target new ones,” said Rania Tadros, Ince’s Dubai managing partner, in a statement.
