Our client, a global UK law firm, is seeking an ambitious associate to join its growing FCPA team. You will work on a variety of high profile and challenging matters including: FCPA investigations, both internally and externally driven; Anti-bribery and anti-corruption due diligence and the related structuring of business transactions; and development and enhancement of corporate compliance programs.

The role will also involve some travel to the US (predominantly to New York and Washington DC). The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of PQE and be US qualified. You will have strong legal experience conducting FCPA investigations in China and/or throughout Asia and ideally experience in the conduct of anti-bribery due diligence in business transactions, or experience in the conduct of other regulatory investigations and financial services litigation. Chinese language skills are preferred, but not a prerequisite for this role.
