THE OPPORTUNITY

This practice is now seeking a solicitor with litigation and arbitration experience to focus on M&A, technology, life sciences/healthcare, infrastructure, and energy disputes. You will work for a partner who has been described as a “genuine arbitration specialist”, “a world leader in arbitration and construction law” and someone who “has an intimate knowledge of the different arbitration models throughout the region”. Representing clients in arbitrations in Asia, the U.S., the Middle East, and Europe under the major institutional rules. Given this is an Asian based practice Mandarin is preferable, another Asian language will be considered.
