Our client is a prestigious US law firm with a well integrated network of offices across Asia.  It has a very strong M&A practice globally and established M&A partners in some of its Asian offices.  It also has a leading HK IPO practice, and is now seeking an experienced M&A partner. The successful candidate will be a senior M&A partner and is likely to have a strong network of contacts and excellent client relationship and leadership skills.  You will be seeking a role as an equity partner at a highly lucrative firm where you will also be able to play a key role in developing the firm’s corporate practice in HK.  You will benefit from the considerable referral work from our client’s US and other Asian offices.  Chinese language skills are not required, but it is likely you will have been based in Hong Kong for a number of years.  You will enjoy working closely with an experienced and inspiring management team at a firm which has been experiencing impressive growth in Asia and globally.
