Our client is a leading US law firm with a dominant Corporate practice in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

In line with successful expansion, the firm is looking to expand its Corporate M&A/PE department based in Hong Kong. 

This is an opportunity for a Mid/Senior level Corporate lawyer (4 - 8 PQE) level Corporate lawyers based in Hong Kong and with Native English drafting skills.  Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Hong Kong or overseas qualified, able to handle a broad range of Cross Border M &A, JV, Takeover, PE work within the Asia Pacific region. Native English is the key factor.

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 PQE years post qualification experience either from an international firm or established Hong Kong firm 
• Solid experience in cross border M&A, private equity as well as corporate finance
• Hong Kong, England and Wales, PRC or AUS qualified lawyers 
• Solid technical skills and experience in corporate transactions
• This is a position with clear career progression for the right person.
