Boasting a vibrant and dynamic culture and a leading player in its field, our client is now recruiting a transactional legal counsel who will be part of a team advising on a variety of in-house matters.  This role offers applicants the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters including daily business activities, M&As, JVs, litigation and governance. Proficiency in Mandarin is required and admission to the Singapore Bar is a pre-requisite of the role.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognised degree in Law, and be called to the Singapore Bar.
• At least 4PQE, gained with the corporate/M&A practice of a law firm or in-house with a reputable organisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams.
• Mandarin proficiency in order to liaise with North Asian counterparts.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure.
