Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognised degree in Law and be qualified in Singapore.
• At least 3 years of corporate/M&A experience. Prior experience in a similar in-house position or a reputable law firm would be desirable.
• Aptitude to be commercially attuned to business needs and be able to offer pragmatic solutions.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure.
