Our client is a major international law firm with a well established Debt Capital Markets team in HK which advises on the full range of DCM products and transactions.

The team is regarded as a leader in its field and it has considerable experience in advising underwriters and issuers across all major jurisdictions in all areas of debt capital markets.

Due to the continued growth of high yield work our client is planning to expand and is looking for a mid-level US qualified associate to join the team in Hong Kong.  The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of strong US DCM experience and will have excellent technical skills and client relationship skills.  Fluency in Mandarin is desirable, but is not a pre-requisite.  You will be offered considerable responsibility, and client contact, and you will act on all elements of a deal from term sheet stage, through to closing and post-closing.  You will work within a committed, supportive and inspired global team.  A generous remuneration package, and attractive career development prospects, are on offer.
