This market-leading US firm with well established offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong is currently recruiting a mid-level US qualified corporate lawyer to focus on M&A matters. In this direct client facing role you will be responsible for advising international clients (including corporates, investment banks and PE houses) on M&A deals in China. You will be given a high degree of autonomy and have responsibility for drafting transaction documents in English and Chinese.  You will have the ability to lead small teams and carry out negotiations on behalf of clients. You will have 4 to 7 years of PQE and have trained at a top international law firm. The successful candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. NY rates on offer.
