Exciting opportunity for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join this conglomerate where you will work with their head of legal and international general counsel on complex commercial issues, and advise on the company’s various business operations in the APAC region.

Ideally you will have solid in-house or private practice experience with a focus on transactions and strong communication and drafting skills in English and Mandarin. You will also need to demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen, as you will be handling transactions across Asia independently.
