Representing a leading Wall Street firm with a formidable presence in finance related matters.  This Hong Kong office is transitioning into a true market leader.

To support recent senior hires, the firm is looking for a solid mid-senior level finance associate.  Experience at a wall street firm would be advantageous. 

Chinese language skills are not required. Instead this is an opportunity for a 4-7 PQE lawyer (from overseas) to break into the Hong Kong market.  Experience working on Leveraged Finance transactions is preferred.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years’ post qualified experience.
• Qualified solicitors from; Hong Kong, England and Wales, U.S. and AUS qualified lawyers
• International firm experience 
• Solid finance background having gained exposure to an array of work e.g. acquisition finance, leveraged finance, syndicated loans, and bi-lateral loans etc. 
• Chinese language skills are not required.
