Our client is an international US law firm looking to expand its Capital Market department in Hong Kong.   A strong interest in lawyers able to develop the firms existing flow of work and later build up a Capital Markets ECM business.

The ideal candidate will be an Associate with experience in Equity or Debt Capital Markets transactions, either from an international or large UK law firm.

Requirements:

• UK/US qualified lawyers preferred (other jurisdictions will be considered)
• Experienced and well versed in handling IPO projects, or debt transactions.
• English only.
• This is a position for an ambitious lawyer; someone who is entrepreneurial and would take pride in building a practice with the existing team.
