Our client is a well regarded US law firm which has an established and stable office in Shanghai.  Despite the slow market in China, it remains very busy, particularly due to the referral work which it receives from the US.  Due to internal growth it is currently seeking a corporate lawyer to focus on FDI and general corporate matters.

The successful candidate is likely to have 3 to 6 years of PQE with a leading Chinese or international law firm.  You will have some links to the US (such as a US LL.M. or US admission) and you will also be PRC qualified.  You will be an ambitious lawyer with fluency in Mandarin and English and you will have strong FDI experience.
