Prestigious US law firm seeks a mid level TMT lawyer to join its busy team.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with one of HK’s leading TMT partners on complex and innovative TMT/Corporate transactions, usually with an international dimension, across the APAC region. 

You will represent an impressive list of multinational businesses, major public sector organisations and governments.  You will gain exposure to a wide variety of technology transactions including: licensing, outsourcing, software technology development, and professional services (reseller and distribution) agreements; cross-border technology transfers; regulatory e-commerce, media and entertainment deals, data security and privacy matters, and M&A and financing transactions or other complex procurement projects. 

It is likely that you will be working for another international law firm and that you will be admitted in HK, UK or the US but candidates qualified in other common law jurisdictions will also be considered.  Chinese language skills will be preferred, but are not essential for this role.
