Our client is a global UK law firm which is seeking a senior associate banking & finance lawyer to join its busy practice.  It has a strong presence in the Asian market and its banking team advises on many of Asia’s most high profile and complex lending transactions.  It supports regional and international banks focusing on leveraged and acquisition financing, structured and secured lending, debt restructuring and general syndicated financings. 

The successful candidate will have experience acquired within the banking team of a well regarded international law firm.  You will have excellent technical and client relationships skills and the ability to run your own files. You will be admitted in Hong Kong, or a commonwealth jurisdiction, with at least 4 years of PQE. 

You will enjoy working on a range of different banking matters and you will also have the opportunity to play an active role in developing the group's relationship with, and strategy towards, its key clients.

Strong career prospects and a generous remuneration package are on offer for the successful candidate.  Chinese language skills are not required.
