Our client, a leading US firm with an established presence in Asia, is currently seeking a senior M&A lawyer to join its busy team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be given considerable responsibility and will work closely with a team of dynamic and supportive partners.  You will have 5+ years of M&A or private equity experience acquired within an international, or leading PRC, law firm.  You can be qualified in any jurisdiction.  In this role you will undertake high quality outbound M&A work for an impressive client base of major Chinese companies and SOEs.  Native level Mandarin is required.  You will be offered strong career progression prospects and a generous remuneration package.
