This prestigious conglomerate is looking for a senior counsel to join its well established legal team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+PQE with a strong focus on M&A/PE experience with at least 6 years spent in private practice with a reputable law firm. The role itself will be wide ranging spaning from corporate transactional work to general commercial work.

The candidate must have the right personality and mindset to want to learn and grow as an in-house lawyer as the work will be broad ranging and there will be ample opportunity to work on various legal matters.

Fluent Chinese language skills are a prerequisite for this role, with knowledge of PRC law an advantage.
