World renowned medical device company is looking for a legal counsel to manage its APAC business. The position will be based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Legal APAC, the candidate will handle a broad mix of work - M&A matters, commercial contracts, company secretarial and compliance matters.

There is a strong preference for candidates with strong M&A experience with reputable firms from Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore due to the S.E Asian language skills. Cantonese speaking skills are also a definite advantage.
