Ashurst has appointed Pui Hong Chik as a corporate partner at its Hong Kong office from Linklaters.

Pui focuses on Hong Kong listing work, including IPOs, secondary offerings and post-listing compliance, particularly on Chinese state-owned enterprises.

Prior to his five-year Linklaters stint, Pui was a partner at Baker McKenzie's Beijing office from 2007 to 2012.

In October, Ashurst relocated Brisbane partner Simon Brown to Singapore to boost its corporate practice in Asia after restructuring partner Joel Hogarth left the firm.
