Our client is a well established US law firm, with a collegiate working environment, which is seeking a PRC qualified corporate lawyer to join its busy team. 

The ideal candidate is likely to have graduated from a top Chinese law school and will have good transactional and advisory experience, strong analytical skills, strong drafting abilities in Chinese and English, a proven ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to take on challenging assignments. A further JD or LLM from a US or Commonwealth law school, an overseas qualification and experience handling outbound transactions would be highly regarded.

Established expertise in one or more of the following areas is a distinct advantage:  M&A, real estate, TMT/telecommunications regulations.
