Our client is a prestigious Wall street law firm with a well established office in Hong Kong and a strong network across Asia.  Due to continued growth it is seeking an ambitious M&A lawyer to join its busy team.

In this role you will enjoy working on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A and funds formation matters, for an impressive client base of investment banks and PE funds/hedge funds.

You will have 3 to 5 years of PQE, fluency in Mandarin, and a strong academic background. You will also have solid M&A experience, preferably acquired within a well regarded international law firm.
