Our client is a major offshore law firm which is currently seeking an associate to join its finance practice. The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive team and will receive excellent training. 

You will provide legal advice on a broad range of Cayman and BVI law-related issues across a diverse range of product areas including general banking, real estate finance, asset finance, and structured finance.  You will have between 2 to 6 years of PQE and you will ideally be admitted in England & Wales, although lawyers from all commonwealth jurisdictions will be considered.  You will have a solid legal knowledge of financing and security documentation, structures and law, ideally obtained from training and deal experience at a leading international law firm.  

Experience of working in Hong Kong or other Asian jurisdictions would be an advantage, as would Chinese language skills but these are not essential.
