Our client is a prestigious US law firm with a well integrated network of offices across Asia.  It has a very strong M&A practice globally and established M&A partners in some of its Asian offices.  It is now seeking an experienced M&A partner to focus on Private M&A matters, particularly cross border transactions within Asia.

The successful candidate will be a senior M&A partner and is likely to have a strong network of contacts and excellent client relationship and leadership skills.  You will be seeking a role as an equity partner at a highly lucrative firm where you will also be able to play a key role in developing the firm’s corporate practice in HK.  You will benefit from the considerable referral work, and strong existing client relationships, from our client’s other Asian offices.  Chinese language skills are not required, but are preferred.
