Our client is one of the largest privately held organisations with well regarded investments in property development/contructions, investment services,etc, rooted in Hong Kong. 

Working closely with the Group Corporate Counsel,you will be providing legal advice on general coporate, commercial, M&A, JV and fund transactions

You must have:

-5-10 years of PQE as a Hong Kong/ common law jurisdiction lawyer, with extensive deal experience from i-bank, major law firm or equivalent in-house experience;

-M&A, Private equity and Joint Venutre transaction experience

-experience in advising real estate/property transaction would be preferred
