A global leader in luxury and sports eyewear design, manufacturing and distribution is looking for a legal professional with 3-6 years’ experience in retail to join their team. 　

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal counterparts and external service providers on internal corporate formalities and regulatory compliance matters in South East Asia and Greater China (e.g. corporate registration, documents and filings, annual reports and audits)
• Review commercial agreements such as retail outlets tenancy, procurement services, franchise, vendor services agreements 
• Provide legal advice to the business on marketing materials, data privacy, anti-competition, intellectual property, consumer protection, dispute resolution, licensing, regulatory compliance and other legal matters

 Key Requirements:

• Law degree holder
• 3-6 years’ legal experience in retail industry with reputable multi-national companies; legal qualification to practice is welcome but not necessary 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English 
• Ability to work independently 
• Travels to Mainland China cities and South East Asian countries required
