Key Responsibilities

• Advise global markets teams on procedures and policy matters to ensure compliance with suitability and other requirements
• Work together with senior staff to advise on new products and business
• Review marketing materials and advise on cross border business activities
• Assist other compliance functions with tasks such as investigation, surveillance and monitoring

Key Requirements

• Have Markets Compliance or Legal experience for 5+ years
• Understand investment bank organization and familiar with the key compliance policies
• Passionate about markets and products
• Solid understanding of HK regulatory space
