Key Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in some exciting Corporate Finance　transactions representing high profile　client sponsors and issuers with IPO deals ranging from 800 million to 1.5 billion HKD　
• You will get an excellent opportunity to learn and work closely with Partner to specialize in corporate finance in particular drafting of prospectus, working on big ticket IPO deals

Key Requirements :

• Flexible looking for trainee or New Qualified Solicitors to 2 year PQE HK Solicitors - who want to gain experience in corporate finance
• Excellent　opportunities for career progression and fast track promotions to Senior Associate for the right candidate
