Requirements:　

• Partner level who is Hong Kong qualified with at least 8 - 10 years post qualified experience
• Portable book of business min $500k to 1 million USD or more (equivalent in HKD)
• Solid Initial Public Offerings, Mergers & Acquisitions related work and Private Equity investments experience, general corporate experience
• Background of working in a top tier International law firm or reputable HK local firm
• Ability to move into a leading supervisory role
• Ability to produce commercially astute advice for building client relationships, and to work effectively with partners and juniors in the team
• Ability to deal with internal stakeholders
• Strong business development skills dealing with high profile clients/institutions
• Strong fluency in English (spoken; reading and writing is essential)
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
