A leading investment bank is looking to hire a number of staff. There are both contract (6-12 months) and permanent roles available.

The bank is　hiring both experienced Negotiators as well as Paralegals　and will　provide training on the specific documents as long as you have some background in contracts.

The positions will all be similar in that you will draft and negotiate a wide range of master agreements, such as ISDA, CSA, FEOMA, AFMA, FECOA, TBMA, GMRA, GMSLA, OSLA, NAFMII, give-up agreements, brokerage agreements and all other relevant transaction documentation.

This is a market leading team looking at a wide variety of documentation for one of APAC's biggest bank. It is accordingly a great opportunity to gain experience and move into the legal banking industry.
