Global UK law firm with leading finance practice seeks a junior to mid level associate with general banking experience.  The successful candidate will work closely with some of Singapore’s top banking partners for an impressive client base including major financial institutions and corporations.  You will work on a broad range of finance-related transactions, including leverage finance, acquisition finance, private equity driven finance, property/real estate finance, project finance, share-backed finance and general corporate financings. The team predominantly advises on cross-border financings across all Southeast Asian jurisdictions.  You will be admitted in either the UK, HK, Singapore, Australia or New Zealand, with 2 to 5 years of PQE, and you will currently be working for a well regarded banking practice.  This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading team where you will receive first class training and work within a collegiate and supportive team.
