Indian law firm TT&A has hired a group of 26 lawyers from AZB & Partners, including 12 partners. They are led by partner Gautam Saha, who will become head of TT&A’s office in India’s National Capital Region.

Saha’s departure from AZB comes shortly after the announcement that Mumbai M&A partner Pranav Atit would be moving to Trilegal.

Experienced in corporate and finance, Saha was at AZB for more than 18 years. Before that, he was at the legacy Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.

Following his addition, TT&A now has 23 partners.
