The deadline for responses is Friday, February 3.

The 2023 Employer of Choice survey is open to employees of law firms, from the paralegal level right up to managing partner, and includes non-legal roles as well. It quizzes respondents on a variety of issues, ranging from career prospects within their firm to mentorship opportunities and work-life balance.

Responses to the survey are then used to pick the best law firms to work for in each jurisdiction, or the “Employer of Choice” which will be published in the April 2023 issue of ALB.
