King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has strengthened its capital markets practice in Hong Kong with the addition of Corey Zhang as a partner from Clifford Chance.

This is KWM’s second capital markets partner hire from Clifford Chance this year. In January, it brought on board DCM specialist Yue Song from the Magic Circle firm.

Zhang focuses on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs and London global depositary receipt offerings.
