Vietnamese law firm Vilaf has hired corporate/M&A lawyer Kevin Hawkins as a partner at its Ho Chi Minh City office from Mayer Brown JSM.

Admitted in Connecticut and Washington, D.C., Hawkins has five years of experience in the United States, and 10 years of experience working in Vietnam. He advises multinational companies on a variety of matters including oil, gas and power, trading and distribution, mining, M&A and property development.
