Dentons has appointed Kelly Tymburski as a partner in its Dubai office from Bird & Bird, where she was head of that firm’s TMT practice in the Middle East.

Tymburski advises private and public sector clients on TMT, commercial and regulatory matters.

“Kelly's work spans across all areas of the communications, media and technology sectors. Her knowledge of the UAE and Middle East TMT market will be a real asset to our global practice. We are very pleased to welcome her to the Firm,” said Michael Kerr, Dentons' Middle East managing partner, in a statement.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2014, Tymburski had stints at Pinsent Masons and DLA Piper.
