Indian boutique Gaggar and Partners has hired two new partners in Delhi: Mithun Rebello, who held an in-house role at infrastructure fund First Infraventures & First Element, and Nitish Sharma, who was an associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Rebello, who was a director of legal and strategy at his previous company for more than a decade, specialises in real estate laws, including foreign direct investment, corporate structuring and restructuring, debt restructuring, local building and construction by-laws and rules and zoning regulations etc. He has experience in litigation matters, negotiations and restructuring conglomerates. 

Sharma, who becomes one of the youngest partners at Gaggar, specialises in competition law, anti-trust law, consumer protection laws and real estate laws among others.

With the appointments of Rebello and Sharma, Gaggar and Partners currently has seven partners and a team of 20 associates.
