Indian law firm JSA has welcomed back banking and finance expert Divyanshu Pandey from S&R Associates as an equity partner, as the firm continues an aggressive lateral hiring spree.

Indonesia’s TnP Law Firm has recruited M&A and banking and finance specialist Frans Sihasale as a partner in Jakarta from Widyawan & Partners, the local association firm of Linklaters.

Indian law firm Luthra & Luthra Law Offices has added banking and finance attorney Rohit Sharma and tax counsel Rubal Bansal Maini as partners In Mumbai and Delhi, respectively. Sharma joins from Bharucha & Partners, while Bansal Maini was an independent counsel.

The Hong Kong office of Dentons has hired Nicholas Chua as a partner. He has 18 years of experience in the banking industry as an in-house counsel, and was most recently head of legal for North Asia at CIMB Bank.
