UAE law firm Hadef and Partners has promoted three lawyers, namely Brent Baldwin, Clare Raven and Hussein Shabana, to its partnership in Dubai.

UAE law firm Hadef & Partners has hired former Clifford Chance finance partner Caroline O’Hare as partner and head of its financial services and regulatory practice. O’Hare will be advising on major regional banking and finance transactions.
