Global firm White & Case has continued to expand its debt finance practice in Asia with the addition of Clara Shirota as a partner in Tokyo. She joins from Clifford Chance, where she was a consultant.

Shirota’s practice area focuses include leveraged and acquisition finance.

Her arrival comes two months after White & Case hired debt finance partner Daniel Abercromby in Hong Kong office from Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
